HELLO FIRTH FANS

I set up this online site to enable me to sell on my personal Colin Firth fan collection. Within the pages of this site you will find lots of rare items which are extremely hard to find anywhere else as I have collected them over many years.

WHAT ITEMS ARE ON OFFER?

The various items on offer inc :- international magazines, magazine articles, newspapers, recordings of radio interviews, film memorabilia, television memorabilia, theatre memorabilia, books, signed items and gifts. The various items have been arranged into logical sections and then within each section the items have been listed in order of date making it easier for you to find what you want.

HOW OFTEN WILL NEW ITEMS BE PUT UP FOR SALE?

Well this is hard to say, but I will try and list more items from my Colin Firth fan collection whenever I get a spare moment, it is worthwhile checking this site out on a regular basis to see what new items have been listed.

IS THERE A MAILING LIST?

I did have a mailing list but I have now decided to use my Colin Firth Yahoo group "The Firth Factor" to post messages about any new items I have listed on this site or put up for auction on Ebay. You can find the link to my Colin Firth Yahoo group on the web links page of this site.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT THE ASKING PRICE IS FOR AN ITEM?

I have listed the cost of each item on this site in GBP which may be confusing for those people who live outside of the United Kingdom, therefore I am providing a link on each page of this site to the 'Universal Currency Converter', so that you can see what the cost of an item is in say USA dollars, Euros etc. If you are still not sure what an item costs then feel free to email me and I will get back to you with the necessary details.

HOW DO I RESERVE AN ITEM?

If an item takes your fancy or you wish to know more about a particular item then email me and we will make the necessary arrangements, if you reserve an item then I will put a reserved notice on that particular item.

HAVE YOU SOLD ON ITEMS BEFORE USING OTHER SITES?

I have used Ebay to sell on some of my personal Colin Firth items and other personal items over the years and I have a 100% positive feedback rating made up of 2357 ratings in total, 1629 of those are from unique users, I have had alot of repeat customers. POSTAGE & DISPATCH INFORMATION

HOW DO I GET A POSTAGE QUOTE?

If you need a postage quote all you have to do is email me giving me your postal address and the title of the item / items which you want to purchase. I will then get back to you with some postage quotes based on the various postal methods and then you can pick which method you wish me to use.

IF I BUY MORE THAN ONE ITEM FROM YOU WILL YOU SEND THE ITEMS OUT TOGETHER?

If you buy more than one item from me at the same time then I will be more than happy to send the items together, this will enable me to reduce the postage charge on the items which of course will save you money!

WHAT POSTAL METHODS DO YOU USE?

I can send items out via special delivery, first class post, second class post or via parcel post in the UK.If you live outside of the UK then I will send out the items via air mail or surface post, once again the choice will be yours. It will always come down to whether you want to spend more money on the postage and get the items quickly or whether you wish to save on the postage and opt for the slower postal systems. I always keep proof of postage when sending an item out.

WHAT ABOUT THE PACKAGING?

I always use brand new packaging which is included in the postage charge, I use new bubble wrap, new padded envelopes, new jiffy envelopes, envelopes with a cardboard backing, boxes etc depending on the individual item purchased.

WHEN WILL MY ITEM/S BE DISPATCHED?

I aim to dispatch items on a daily basis (Monday - Saturday). I will always send an email to you to confirm that your parcel has been dispatched.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

WITHIN THE UNITED KINGDOM :

If you live within the UK then I will accept payment via a UK cheque, a UK postal order or via Pay Pal.In the case of a UK cheque I will need to wait for it to clear before sending out your item / items.

OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED KINGDOM :

If you live outside of the UK then I would prefer for you to make payment via Pay Pal though I am also happy to accept a cash payment (ONLY CASH NOTES NOT COINS). I am afraid that I can't accept payment via international money orders or via foreign cheques as I am unable to cash them over here in the UK.
